BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please complete our Consultation Form indicating any allergies or medications, conditions or use of skin care products that may thin your skin. We do not recommend waxing if you use anti aging or anti acne products or antibiotics that thin the skin. We also do not recommend waxing after certain cosmetic procedures, peels, sun burns, etc. Please check with your doctor before setting an appointment or give us a call if one of those apply to you.

As part of your consultation form and booking an appointment you also agree to our policies and waiver. If you have any changes in your skin care or relevant health information that effects your services, please let us know before we take you back.

We strive to provide you and other clients with excellent service and access to appointments during our peak times. In order to do so, we have a firm *24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY* Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy and any credit card that you have on file will be automatically charged, according to the policy below:

 

         *Last Minute Cancellations: charged 50% of total service cost before discounts

 

         *No Show Appts: 50% of the total service cost before discounts, plus an 18% gratuity for the esthetician

Cancellation fees, and/or no show fees are non-refundable. We regret that we cannot make exceptions to our 24-hour cancellation policy. We are an appointment-based business with fabulous estheticians who schedule their day according to your requested services. Thank you for your understanding.

If you do not have a debit or credit card to hold an appointment, try us out as a walk in. Just give us a call when you are in the neighborhood and we can let you know if there may be a last minute spot for you.

EASY TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE

If you need to either reschedule or cancel, please call or text us before 24 hours of your appointment. Please leave us a message, even in the middle of the night, and if its before that window there is no charge.

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express. We also can accept payment through Venmo. **Please note we can not accept payment through Apple or tap to pay.  Gratuities in any form are always much appreciated. If you are happy with your service, a tip of 18% to 20% of the regular service price is typical, of course the actual amount is up to your discretion. Thanks so much!

WALK INS

We do our best to accommodate walk in clients, but we are often busy and it's best to call ahead if you can.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please allow yourself enough time to locate us and have a couple minutes to sit and relax in the waiting area. If you arrive more than 5 minutes past your appointment start time, we may not have enough time to complete your service. If you are too late to make your appointment, it is considered a no-show and will be charged accordingly.

CLEANLINESS

What good is having the best products, best techniques and fabulous service if things aren’t squeaky clean? Well, they are. Totally squeaky clean. No double dipping, strict sanitation protocols, contraindication checks, gloves, hygiene wipes, hospital-grade sanitation; no detail has been overlooked.

DISCOUNTS & COUPONS

Can not be combined. Our system sends out flash email sales and specials. There are also emailed 'Fredrick' coupons for specific services / specific days and times and rescheduling voids the coupon. Similarly, apprentice services are for specific services only and for a limited time. All appointments are held by a debit or credit card. If you book through a coupon link and do not add a card to hold your time, the appointment will be automatically cancelled. We are always a quick phone call away to help you complete your booking.

So we kindly ask all clients to treat our team with respect, kindness and most of all professionalism. For the safety of our team, if any client speaks or acts in an unprofessional manner, the service will immediately end regardless if the service is complete. You will be charged full price plus an 18% tip. We reserve the right to refuse service to a client who in any way harasses a team member and may pursue criminal actions if a line is crossed.

MEMBERSHIPS

We no longer have a waxing membership program. For those who had an active membership in December 2024, they were grandfathered in and it will continue under the same policies but once cancelled or past due there will not be an option to reactivate. To cancel or freeze your membership, use the following link. Please complete 5days before the 1st of the month. The date to cancel or freeze can not be back-dated. A membership can be frozen once per year for 1-2 months and can not be used while frozen. The terms and conditions are listed on the form. Once submitted, it will send a copy to your email and our computer system. Let us know if you need any help, we are just a phone call away.
