No matter your preference, you are in good hands. Our signature waxing services use a combination of hard and soft wax, depending on the area. For soft wax areas we use a ultra-senstive wax that is gentle on the skin and thoroughly removes fine hairs.
Our sugar waxing services use a natural sugar wax blend. Sugar waxing has been around since the time of Cleopatra. You will love it too.
WAXING 101: For best results, do not wax, shave or trim for 3 weeks; your hair should be as long as a grain of rice. Waxing & Sugar Waxing does remove hair from the folical so there is discomfort and coming regularly helps. Consistency also helps to better synchronize your hair growth cycles to stay smoother longer.

Our services are gender neutral except when anatomical differences require different techniques, amount of time and supplies. We use the anatomical terms of male and female in distinguishing these services. Please note when you are booking that not all estheticians perform all service types. If you are looking for your favorite esthetician and do not see her on the booking site, just give us a call and so we can help.
We kindly ask all clients to treat our team with respect, kindness and most of all professionalism. For the safety of our team, if any client speaks or acts in an unprofessional manner, the service will immediately end regardless if the service is complete. You will be charged full price plus an 18% tip. We reserve the right to refuse service to a client who harasses a team member and may pursue criminal actions. Please abide by the golden rule, it's good karma!
*Please note, full body waxes require a 50% deposit at booking. Full body services may be split between two estheticians. Includes everything neck down. If you do not want your full body waxed, please book a-la-carte or call us so we can help you.

WAXING AFTERCARE
For the first 24-HOURS your pores are open so keep them clean to avoid irritation and infections. NO touching, sweating, heat or friction. Wear clean, loose fitting clothing. No hot tubs, pools, beach, exercise, tanning, etc. Avoid the sun during this period and use sunscreen. After 48hrs begin exfoliating your skin regularly to remove dead skin and avoid ingrown hairs. Moisturize your skin and avoid heavy soaps. A little TLC, your skin will thank you.
With proper aftercare, you can AVOID common problems:
Ingrowns? Avoid by exfoliating skin 3-4 times per week to remove dead skin cells that prevent hair from breaking through as it regrows.
Tiny white bumps? Usually from getting sweat into your open pores right after waxing from excercise, touching freshly waxed skin or not wearing clean loose fit clothing after waxing. If you experience white bumps, you can use an antibacterial soap to cleanse your pores.
Break out after facial waxing? Avoid touching freshly waxed skin and no sweating during that first 24 hours.
Red, irritated skin? Apply a calming, gentle moisturizer or an aloe-based gel to soothe the skin. Our favorite is Cortisol cream, it reduces inflammation, redness and swelling. Avoid products that are too heavy or greasy as they may clog pores.
Lifted skin? Can occur with waxing or sugar waxing so please tell your esthetician if you are using any skin care products, antibiotics, medications, conditions, recent peels or cosmetic procedures that may thin the skin. Something going on with your skin, we want to know. Even if it's just feeling particularly dry. Apply Neosporin on lifted skin and avoid the sun while it heals. If any of those apply to you, please book a tweeze only service for brows or a Dermaplane for full face so we can get rid of those hairs without wax.
Our Favorite Aftercare Products
For smooth skin post waxing / sugar waxing you only need a few things. Most importantly, make sure your home routine includes regular exfoliation to remove dead skin cells, reduce ingrowns, and for softer skin. Moisturize your skin and use sunscreen when outside. Treat ingrowns if they pop up (but don't pick them). Ingrowns can occur with shaving or waxing so stay on top of your aftercare; your skin will thank you. For best results, wax consistenty. It helps synchronize your hair growth cycles so you stay smoother longer.
